Hi! I’m Sarah owner of Foxglove Flowers and Garden.

I started my floristry career in 2008. Over this time I have worked in well-known local shops, for prestigious floral event companies, and I have run my own wedding floristry service and market stalls. I have also completed professional horticulture training with the Royal Horticultural Society. Currently my time is divided up mainly working on a private estate as a gardener maintaining the grounds and growing cut flowers and veg for the house, whilst still running floristry workshop classes.

Sharing all of this knowledge and experience in the form of classes is a great joy. I love to encourage everyone to embrace their artistic side, creating original designs and learning new techniques using gorgeous seasonal flowers.

I aim to bring something new to each workshop, be that a top tip, a new material or a different type of flower. We work together through all the stages of the process, so classes are inclusive and suitable for people of all levels and abilities.

Individuality is applauded, so all workshop members are free to try out their own thoughts and ideas, without feeling like they have to rigidly stick to any rule book! Our aim is for our workshops to be fun, supportive and inspiring and this has gone down so well that many people return time and again.

To join in simply browse the Workshop page, and for the latest updates you can sign up to my newsletters, follow me on Facebook and check out my Instagram.
